This site is Kurtis Rudd's digital call card. It is designed to help you save his contact details and get in touch. The notice below describes what limited information is collected and why.
What we collect
- Contact form details. When you send a message, we collect your name, email, and any company, phone number, area of interest, and message you choose to share.
- Basic site interaction analytics. Anonymous events such as page views, save-contact taps, WhatsApp taps, CV downloads and the page you were on. We do not use advertising trackers.
- AI assistant use. The event that you asked a question, the page, the time, and the character count. We do not store the text of your question, keywords, or any personal content you type into the assistant.
Why we collect it
Contact details are used only to reply to you. Anonymous analytics help Kurtis understand which parts of the card are useful so the experience can be improved. AI assistant metadata is used to monitor cost and quality — not to profile visitors.
AI assistant
Questions you type into the assistant are sent to an external AI service in order to generate a reply. Please do not enter confidential, sensitive, or personal information into the assistant. If you want to share something private, use email or WhatsApp instead.
Sharing
Your details are not sold or shared for marketing. Limited processors are used to host the site, store form submissions, and generate AI responses. Access is restricted to Kurtis.
Access, correction and deletion
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of any contact details you have submitted at any time. Email kreativebrandingsolutions@yahoo.com with the request and Kurtis will action it directly.
